Hey Guys! I just want to let you know that I am participating in a nail challenge created by Erica's Nails And More. The challenge is called "Erica's Nails And More February Nail Art Challenge". This Challenge will start during February. This is my very first time entering a something like this and I simply cannot wait..Okay so this is a really really short notice but I wanted to let you guys know what I am up to :)

Roses & Stripes

 Happy New Year Guys! Today's post is on Roses and Stripes. This design is really common but nonetheless I really like it although the roses and stripes are common you can play around with different colors to create the look. In this design I used a purple for the background and I feel that by using purple it creates a soft look, compared to using a green colour for the background. Green may look harsh compared to purple but it has that vintage feel. I'm sure that this will not be my only post on roses and stripes as I will be doing more of them

Polishes used are: OPI's Rumples Wiggin, OPI's Lucky Lucky Lavender, Essie's Mojito Madness, White Striper.

 I started painting all my nails with OPI's Rumples Wiggin and let it dry. I took a dotting tool and started dotting all of my fingers except the ring finger. I used OPI's Lucky Lucky Lavender to dot. While letting that dry I took a white striper and draw stripes down my ring finger. After that using the white striper I painted the outlines of the rose. Lastly I took Essie's Mojito Madness and took a small brush and painted the leaves.
